Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of surveys and data collection tools for organizational monitoring and assessment
- Assist in cross-program data analysis and create presentations and reports to synthesize evaluation findings
- Manage evaluation workflows, schedule meetings, and provide administrative support to the Director of Evaluation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field
- Experience with survey platforms and data collection methods
- Familiarity with data management systems and maintaining data quality standards
- Strong project management and organizational skills
