Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisory Solution Consultant - ITOM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT Operations Management product sales by addressing customer business issues and demonstrating technical credibility
• Facilitate customer discovery workshops, presentations, and proof of concepts to convey the value of ITOM solutions
• Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap based on customer insights

Required Qualifications

• Experience in solution consulting or presales, particularly in datacenter domains
• Hands-on experience with technologies related to Cloud, DevOps, Monitoring, and Automation
• Ability to drive technical activities in complex organizations managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience in creating and influencing enterprise architectures in large organizations
• A passion for building trustful business relationships and a customer-centric attitude
