Consultant for Baseline Evaluation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant - Baseline Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and report on the baseline evaluation, ensuring methodological rigor
• Coordinate with the project management team and partners throughout the evaluation phases
• Analyze data and prepare reports, integrating feedback and presenting findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Social Sciences, Development Studies, Climate Change Adaptation, or related field
• Certificate of ethics in research
• Minimum 10 years of experience in evaluations and baselines in Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA)
• Experience in fragile or refugee-hosting contexts, preferably in Jordan or the MENA region
• Strong understanding of OECD DAC evaluation criteria and expertise in integrating Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI)
