Key Responsibilities

• Develop business and application architecture strategy based on customer needs
• Lead requirement gathering and provide oversight of architectural decisions
• Analyze complex technical problems and propose strategic solutions for system improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of business or systems analyst experience
• Experience managing vendor relationships and stakeholder interactions
• Experience in planning and implementing process changes within an organization
• Ability to provide 24x7 global on-call production support as needed
