Senior Associate Clinician Network

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Clinician Network responsible for providing operational, quality control, and recruitment support to the Clinician Network team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding, and maintaining candidate pipelines
• Manage communications for in-network clinicians and participate in process improvement initiatives
• Track and document clinician performance monitoring data and ensure audit-ready documentation

Required Qualifications

• Qualifications or experience in cognitive neurology/psychology, project management, marketing, or accounting
• Understanding of cognitive and behavioral measurement science, including neuropsychological assessment tools
• Experience in clinical trials, regulatory, and legal processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working with new platforms and technologies
