Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business and system analysis, design, and testing for Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation
• Perform hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management
• Collaborate with clients to conduct CRPs and fit/gap analysis

Required Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Core HR
• Strong background in project resource management
• Ability to lead analysis sessions and verify quality of deliverables
• Experience with functional accuracy of customizations and issue resolution
• Bachelor's degree
