LMS Lead Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SuccessFactors - LMS Lead Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution strategy and design by assessing current-state processes and defining future-state architectures
• Facilitate structured client workshops and decision-making sessions with clear agendas and documented outcomes
• Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and issue resolution across engagements

Required Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Certification Associate or Professional preferred
• 4-5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementation experience
• Led 4-6+ medium-to-large-scale projects as primary functional lead
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience with Plateau Report Designer (PRD), Open Content Network (OCN), or virtual learning integrations preferred
