Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for a team of psychometrists
• Administer and score psychological assessments under supervision
• Monitor operational efficiency and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in psychological or neuropsychological test administration
• Experience in a leadership or mentorship role preferred
• Familiarity with virtual care and telehealth environments preferred
• Deep understanding of test administration and scoring procedures
