California Licensed IOP Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IOP Therapist to provide intensive therapy support for adults or minors in their newly launched programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy, including educational and process sessions
• Complete initial assessments, treatment plans, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure quality care

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Current licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD in California
• Two years of post-license experience in behavioral health, preferably in IOP/PHP settings
• Experience in crisis management/stabilization
• Current BLS certification or obtainable within 30 days of hire
