Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and

private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills

and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role And Responsibilities

SAP MM Team Leader

As SAP MM Team Leader, you will take the lead in designing, implementing, and continuously improving SAP Materials Management solutions. Your focus will be on optimizing procurement, inventory, and material management processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze current processes, and deliver tailored SAP MM solutions.

What You Will Do
• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP MM modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Master Data Management, aligned with client needs and best practices.
• Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Configure key MM components such as Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Material Master, Vendor Master, and Inventory Movements.
• Implement and optimize procurement workflows, approval processes, and exception handling mechanisms.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and support end-user training and adoption.
• Optimize material management and procurement cycles to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including configuration details, process flows, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
• Proven experience in SAP MM implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, material master, vendor master, and purchasing processes.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Understanding of integration with other SAP modules (FI, SD, WM, PP) and third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience with purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and material movements.
• Ability to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimized solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for SAP MM issues.
• Experience in documentation, process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards in materials management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring junior consultants and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

English language proficiency – strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Fiori, or SAP Analytics tools.

Familiarity with workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), or other digital procurement tools.

Experience with cross-functional project teams and multi-country deployments.

Exposure to vendor management, contract management, or sourcing processes.

Strong presentation and documentation skills for training or stakeholder communications.

Experience using collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
