eCommerce Business Analyst/Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an eCommerce IT Business Analyst/Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for eCommerce platforms and support process improvement initiatives
• Define, prioritize, and manage the digital workstream backlog, including epics and user stories
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with product goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical/Business Analyst in eCommerce or digital product environments
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or comparable eCommerce platforms
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and writing epics/user stories
• Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
