Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst, C&S to manage encounter compliance and collaborate with stakeholders remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage encounter compliance by reviewing reject reports and identifying solutions to reduce rejects
- Collaborate with internal business partners to implement claims system configuration to support encounter requirements
- Coordinate, lead, and complete projects across various functional areas while managing multiple state deliverables concurrently
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Operations experience specific to the Community and State product
- 3+ years of CSP Facets claims adjudication or benefit configuration experience
- 3+ years of interpreting benefit requirements
- Experience working with encounters (837P and 837I)
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
