Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst, C&S to manage encounter compliance and collaborate with stakeholders remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage encounter compliance by reviewing reject reports and identifying solutions to reduce rejects
• Collaborate with internal business partners to implement claims system configuration to support encounter requirements
• Coordinate, lead, and complete projects across various functional areas while managing multiple state deliverables concurrently

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Operations experience specific to the Community and State product
• 3+ years of CSP Facets claims adjudication or benefit configuration experience
• 3+ years of interpreting benefit requirements
• Experience working with encounters (837P and 837I)
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
