Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support account team with client technical support for user stories and new functionality implementations
• Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Document project requirements and build webpages using Drupal Lightning Builder, ensuring adherence to specifications

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience developing for enterprise CMS (e.g., Drupal, Sitecore)
• Proficiency with enterprise project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Azure)
• Deep understanding of best practices for enterprise CMS platform development
• Familiarity with development lifecycle and technical concepts
• Experience leading discussions with cross-functional teams
