Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Finance Change Management Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday Finance Change Management
• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate Finance processes into user-friendly communications and training
• Develop and execute change management, communication, and training plans to ensure adoption

Qualifications:

• 3-8 years of experience in Change Management, preferably within Workday Finance or large-scale ERP transformations
• Strong Finance operations background with exposure to supply chain, inventory, procure-to-pay, distribution, and logistics
• Experience developing and executing change, communication, and training plans
• Proven ability to act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor
• Experience with full suite implementations and the ability to identify the impact of change
