Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst III to perform various analyses and interpretations to align business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of various systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and recommend potential business solutions
• Coordinate with business units to develop and deliver training programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of business process analysis experience in the healthcare industry or data-driven environment
• Knowledge of data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile preferred
• Experience managing technology-reliant projects and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Experience with Duals preferred
