Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician (Family Med Only) IMLC or WI, IA, MN, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand Acute Care and scheduled Primary Care
• Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs
• Manage patient follow-ups for chronic care programs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
• State licenses in WI, MN, IA
• Active IMLC and board-certified Family Physician
• Primary care and behavioral health experience
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR
