A company is looking for a HCM & Workforce Management (WFM)-Senior Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams in the implementation of HCM and WFM solutions, including Core HR and Payroll
- Assess client HR processes and translate business requirements into system configurations
- Advise clients on best practices in HCM and WFM, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field; Master's/MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in HCM and/or WFM consulting or systems implementation
- Strong hands-on expertise with leading platforms like Oracle HCM Cloud or Workday
- Deep understanding of HR processes and workforce management operations
- Proven track record in leading enterprise-level system implementations
