Medical Director (MD/DO License Required)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director to lead clinical operations and advocate for trans healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-time providers and oversee contracted providers to ensure clinical alignment and support
• Lead quality of care initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with various teams to enhance clinical operations and marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the trans experience and commitment to gender-affirming care
• 3+ years of experience working with the TGNC community in a clinical setting
• 10+ years of clinical patient care experience
• Valid medical license (MD/DO, NP, PA) and experience in a medical director role
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and experience in a remote telehealth setting
