Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Education Consultant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales Teams and Relationship Managers to assess client needs and recommend onboarding solutions
- Conduct research and interviews to understand client objectives and participant profiles
- Maintain documentation of onboarding activities and client interactions in Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably within retirement plans or employee benefits
- Experience in client-facing environments with a focus on sales or education
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
