A company is looking for a Business Analyst II - Timekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
- Translates user requirements into functional specifications and creates models and documentation for developers
- Manages requirements throughout the project lifecycle and communicates changes to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years of related experience
- Experience with data processing and knowledge of health care payer business functions is desired
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development is a plus
- Intermediate ability to work independently and identify basic problems
