Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II - Timekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
• Translates user requirements into functional specifications and creates models and documentation for developers
• Manages requirements throughout the project lifecycle and communicates changes to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
• 2 - 4 years of related experience
• Experience with data processing and knowledge of health care payer business functions is desired
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development is a plus
• Intermediate ability to work independently and identify basic problems
