Precision Medicine Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Precision Medicine Program Manager (PM) in Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Research PMed Teams to support strategic planning and execution of cross-functional PMed Plans
• Lead research collaborations and manage the rPMED budget for each program
• Conduct critical path analysis and ensure timely delivery while managing risks and communication plans

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant precision medicine experience, or equivalent experience with lower degrees
• Technical/scientific background with 6+ years in industry and/or academic experience
• Experience in pharma/consulting and drug development, particularly in research and clinical development
• Program and project management skills in a healthcare-related environment
• Finance and budget management experience, along with knowledge of SOPs and regulatory requirements
