Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements focused on revenue cycle intelligence SaaS solutions
• Analyze complex healthcare data sets to identify trends and actionable insights
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting product development

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle professional services
• Prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment is preferred
• Experience with RCM vendors, health systems, or payers is highly valued
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
