Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of software projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Customize software systems based on client needs and facilitate training sessions to develop client expertise
- Document project requirements and maintain communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred, or 5-7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 3 years of direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development practices
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and specify technical changes to development teams
- Experience managing projects and coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders
