Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding and workflow transformation for new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding discovery sessions and define tailored success plans for customers
• Deliver platform training and enablement to drive early adoption and customer references
• Serve as a technical advisor during late-stage sales, delivering demos and proof-of-concepts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a consultative, customer-facing role or experience in homebuilding operations
• Experience in homebuilding, construction tech, or proptech
• Deep understanding of at least one functional area: Estimating, Design, Sales, or Purchasing
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complexity
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools is a strong plus
