Vice President of Change Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise-wide change management vision and framework
• Shape integrated change strategies aligned with long-term business priorities
• Provide leadership in change governance and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent
• 10+ years of change management experience in financial services, insurance, or related sectors
• Prior experience in management consulting, especially in large-scale transformation initiatives
• Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide transformation programs
• Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or equivalent credentials preferred
