A company is looking for a VP, Change Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the enterprise-wide change management vision and framework
- Shape integrated change strategies aligned with long-term business priorities
- Provide leadership in change governance and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent
- 10+ years of change management experience in financial services, insurance, or related sectors
- Prior experience in management consulting, especially in large-scale transformation initiatives
- Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide transformation programs
- Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or equivalent credentials preferred
