Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Consultant, Issue Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate reported issues to identify underlying root causes and document findings
• Own the Root Cause Resolution process and develop action plans to prevent recurrence of issues
• Centralize claims reprocessing efforts and communicate findings and action plans to client-facing teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 4+ years of experience in root cause analysis and issue management within the PBM or healthcare industry
• Experience with RCA tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated knowledge of claims processing workflows and regulatory requirements in PBM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
