Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Assessor, Mid.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine eligibility for Medicaid-funded services using standardized tools
• Ensure services are provided based on the beneficiary's unmet needs and maintain privacy and dignity during assessments
• Participate in mediation and appeal processes and conduct service plan reviews as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license for the state of Maine
• Graduate from an accredited Master's Degree Program
• Minimum of two years' experience in behavioral/mental healthcare
• Minimum of one year of assessment experience
