A company is looking for a Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Consultant - Client Reporting Enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build reusable Salesforce CRMA dashboards covering key performance indicators
- Configure automated weekly reporting via Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Implement Slack/email workflows for pre-send review and approval within CRMA
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboard design and automation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and integration with CRMA
- Experience distributing dashboards to external stakeholders
- Familiarity with Slack/email integrations related to Salesforce CRMA workflows
- Ability to produce executive-ready visualizations in Salesforce CRMA
