Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to assist customers in maximizing the value of their solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into configurations
• Implement and integrate PPM or Work Management platforms
• Deliver workshops, demos, and presentations to clients throughout the delivery lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with PPM or Work Management platforms
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem including Project, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of PPM and SPM concepts such as capacity planning and resource management
• Consultative mindset with the ability to map business processes to system configurations
• Professionalism and resilience in complex client environments
