HCM Senior Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Senior Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client requirement meetings and demonstrate Workday configuration skills
• Direct activities of consultants on HCM projects under guidance
• Mentor lower-level employees and contribute to internal goals of the HCM

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday HCM experience or 3.5-5 years of consulting industry experience
• Experience implementing or working with Workday
• Experience with 3+ HCM workstreams
• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
