Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor (Central) to manage a group of assigned clinicians and enhance the delivery of behavioral healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Director in developing and implementing clinical schedules and curriculum
• Ensure clinical services are delivered according to best practices and regulatory compliance
• Maintain a caseload, facilitate weekly group treatment, and provide clinical supervision

Required Qualifications

• Independently licensed mental health counselor
• Authorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
• Experience working with diverse age groups, including children and adults
• Leadership experience in various clinical settings
• Familiarity with cloud-based communication and EMR software
