Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement process improvements and innovative solutions for HRIS systems
• Define and configure customer system changes in line with business strategies
• Manage customer projects, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-6 years of HRIS and business analysis experience
• Experience configuring large global HRIS platforms, particularly Workday or ServiceNow
• Demonstrated project management skills for medium to large projects
• Functional knowledge in key HR areas such as benefits and payroll
