Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Programs (Case Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for Clinical Programs in alignment with company goals and regulations
• Manage and develop clinical programs teams, providing coaching and feedback for professional growth
• Oversee operational metrics, resource planning, and integration with third-party organizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or healthcare-related field; Bachelor's in nursing or Master's in behavioral health preferred
• Current licensed registered nurse or licensed mental health professional
• 7 years of health plan industry or business/operational experience
• 5 years of progressive management experience with multifunctional teams
• Certified in CCM or obtain certification within 24 months of hire
