Oracle EPM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle EPM Functional Consultant (Lead).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, define module rollout roadmap, and own solution design and configuration across EPM Cloud
• Build and govern data pipelines from ERP to EPM, define data mappings, and manage testing strategies through CRP, UAT, and SIT
• Plan and execute cutover activities, ensuring successful environment migrations and data quality reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Oracle EPM/Hyperion with 3+ end-to-end EPM Cloud implementations
• Strong functional finance background with hands-on configuration experience in FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, EPBCS, and TRCS
• Proven experience in leading workshops, writing business requirements documents, and managing testing cycles
• Expertise in data integration using EPM Data Management, FDMEE, and REST APIs
• Proficiency with Smart View and management reporting tools
