Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Research/Research & Development (R&D) Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the company's platform and tools
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities and skills
• Communicate with members via email or chat in the app between sessions

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience leading technical research teams in the technology industry or adjacent fields
• Experience coaching individuals; coaching certification is a plus but not required
• Self-aware with a high emotional IQ and a passion for creating a safe space for others
• Ability to work in a constantly-changing startup environment
• Commitment to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for at least 24 months
