Job Summary

A company is looking for a CDI-DRG Validation Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review hospital records for accuracy of coding and documentation
• Identify and resolve complex coding discrepancies
• Communicate findings and maintain confidentiality of protected health information

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of healthcare coding, billing, auditing, and compliance
• 5 years of CDI expertise in inpatient and outpatient services
• Strong knowledge of clinical indicators and coding guidelines
• Proficiency in coding software and electronic health record systems
• Certification such as CDIP or CCDS is required
