Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a domain expert, providing strategic guidance on process optimization and business analysis methodologies
- Develop and implement process frameworks, standards, and stakeholder engagement plans
- Architect and lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and operational needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years, or a PhD with 3 years, or equivalent experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce, with a preference for Certified Salesforce Administrator (201)
- Deep technical understanding of system functions and integration between systems
- Strong customer focus, understanding customer needs to influence team and project goals
