Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a domain expert, providing strategic guidance on process optimization and business analysis methodologies
• Develop and implement process frameworks, standards, and stakeholder engagement plans
• Architect and lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years, or a PhD with 3 years, or equivalent experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce, with a preference for Certified Salesforce Administrator (201)
• Deep technical understanding of system functions and integration between systems
• Strong customer focus, understanding customer needs to influence team and project goals
