Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support international payroll operations and coordinate with in-country providers
  • Facilitate discussions between vendors, implementation partners, and client teams
  • Create process maps and maintain project documentation based on client requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Familiarity with international payroll processes and in-country payroll providers
  • Experience in creating process maps, workflows, or documentation for payroll operations
  • Background in project coordination or junior project management within payroll or HCM
  • Exposure to payroll system integrations or global payroll platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support EMEA and Eastern Hemisphere stakeholders
