Key Responsibilities
- Support international payroll operations and coordinate with in-country providers
- Facilitate discussions between vendors, implementation partners, and client teams
- Create process maps and maintain project documentation based on client requirements
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with international payroll processes and in-country payroll providers
- Experience in creating process maps, workflows, or documentation for payroll operations
- Background in project coordination or junior project management within payroll or HCM
- Exposure to payroll system integrations or global payroll platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours to support EMEA and Eastern Hemisphere stakeholders
