Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the business analyst team's activities and mentor new team members
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
• Facilitate Joint Application Design Sessions (JAD) and analyze business processes to support technology goals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with Medicaid experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related fields
• Familiarity with software development modeling tools for creating UML diagrams
• Advanced knowledge of analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Experience facilitating JAD sessions and strong analytical skills
