Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Dayforce Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Dayforce System Audit for organizational structure
• Provide Benefits & Open Enrollment support
• Meet with key stakeholders to prioritize task lists and develop training plans

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Dayforce HCM software
• Background in Human Resources or related field
• Understanding of system configuration and testing processes
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Availability for an average of 10-15 hours per week
