A company is looking for a Financial Leadership Partner - CFO Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted financial leader, guiding clients to improve profitability and operational clarity
• Lead financial strategy and reporting for a portfolio of clients
• Customize financial models and dashboards to support client goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with titles such as FP&A, CFO, Controller, or Consultant
• Experience with financial operations in small to mid-sized businesses (between $3 and $50 million in revenue)
• Proven track record of driving financial performance improvement through financial analysis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple client engagements
