Director of Clinical Transformation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and deployment of Clinical Transformation Programs to enhance radiology practices
• Lead engagement with practice operators and radiologist leaders to ensure program success, including creating presentation materials
• Oversee a team of up to 6 direct reports and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met across all programs

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare business, preferably in provider operations
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience in radiologist practice operations
