California Bridge Connect Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CA Bridge Connect Navigator to support the launch and implementation of a platform that expands access to low-barrier medications for addiction treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide feedback on the CA Bridge Connect platform and conduct user testing
• Respond to participant requests and facilitate referrals to treatment resources
• Document participant information and maintain compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Five years of experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder, or community outreach
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• One or more years of experience in substance use navigation preferred
• Prior completion of Mental Health First Aid certification preferred
• Commitment to advancing social and racial justice
