Resource Planning Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resource Planning Consultant who will conduct data analysis for operational resource and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and outliers
• Create long-term forecasts and develop comprehensive headcount plans
• Recommend KPIs and metrics for measuring business results and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of workforce management experience
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis or research experience
• Strong experience in forecasting using various statistical methods
• Expertise in Excel, including macros and data integration
