Automotive Review Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Review Analyst who will provide timely responses to customer inquiries and process customer orders in a service center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review estimates for accuracy and compliance with program mandates
• Provide feedback and coaching to appraisers to enhance compliance and development
• Balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work products

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' automotive appraisal experience required
• 1-2 years' experience as an insurance re-inspector or desk reviewer preferred
• Current knowledge of CCC One/ADXE/Mitchell estimating platform
• Ability to self-manage workload
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
