Medical Device Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Device Consultant - Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by providing onboarding and ongoing quality and product development-related services
• Ensure effective utilization of the eQMS in compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Lead customer implementation projects and collaborate with teams to ensure successful adoption of the software

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably in roles such as Product Development Engineer, Quality Engineer, or Quality Manager
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring software solutions
• Strong understanding of compliance with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, and other relevant regulations
• Ability to manage customer risks and provide regular status updates
• Experience in creating training materials and educational content
