A company is looking for a Sr. Director, GTM Technical Strategy & Training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a scalable technical enablement strategy for Sales Engineers and Technical Specialists
- Enhance the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to support technical specialization and align with business goals
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify enablement gaps and influence the solutions roadmap
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of leadership experience in Sales Engineering, Enablement, or Solutions Consulting in cybersecurity or cloud settings
- Broad technical expertise in areas such as Zero Trust and Cloud Security; relevant certifications preferred
- Proven success in designing and scaling global enablement programs
- Ability to foster consensus across technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated alignment of technical strategies with customer needs to drive sales results
