Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations Consultant - Transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer experience pain points and build Customer Experience strategy
  • Manage and facilitate customer operations process improvement initiatives and daily program/project management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery of project plans while managing stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, and program management focused on operational improvements
  • Experience in the transportation industry with a strong background in customer operations
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience is desired
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • Experience with process mapping and KPI tracking, and proficiency in project management tools
