A company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations Consultant - Transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer experience pain points and build Customer Experience strategy
- Manage and facilitate customer operations process improvement initiatives and daily program/project management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery of project plans while managing stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, and program management focused on operational improvements
- Experience in the transportation industry with a strong background in customer operations
- PMP certification or equivalent experience is desired
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- Experience with process mapping and KPI tracking, and proficiency in project management tools
