Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical RN Medical Review Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff and operational results for a remote team performing clinical review audits
• Conduct audit quality assurance reviews and support management with strategy activities
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to clinical audit staff

Required Qualifications

• Current active unrestricted Nursing license in good standing
• 3+ years of diverse nursing experience in inpatient or outpatient settings
• 2+ years of experience performing medical record audits in a provider or payer setting
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare claims with expertise in coding and medical billing
• 3+ years of relevant supervisory or leadership experience preferred
