Business Analyst and Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst / Tester to support its safeguarding program and testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the safeguarding program by identifying and resolving data and processing issues, including logging defects and documenting root cause analysis
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing scenarios, maintaining evidence of test results and documentation
• Collaborate with product management to ensure project milestones are met and identify potential risks with recommended solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years of experience in user acceptance testing
• Understanding of Accounting Fundamentals
• Familiarity with Safeguarding Regulations and System Development Life Cycle
• Hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities
